  2. You know Brandon, I wouldn’t want to insult you, but this really isn’t all
    that good. I understand that your trying to keep it simple, but rather
    then just dumping in the BBQ sauce, let the chicken cook down a few hours,
    drain the water and fat out of the crock, and then put in the BBQ sauce.
    This way, you’ve drained off the fat and water, the BBQ sauce will not
    have mixed with all that fat, and you won’t have the sauce break down in
    the crock. It should also make a more flavorful pulled chicken. Just my
    thoughts. Thank you.

  5. Did you not add any water? Is it just fluids from the chicken in the pot
    afterwards? It seems to get lower viscosity after you are done.

  12. This seems like a huge waste of expensive BBQ sauce to me. Why not use less
    (maybe with some broth) and then add some more BBQ sauce when shredding?
