    @supertrex2 Thanks for your input! I know that I’m not a great photographer but trust me its the same meat that I’ve cooked with cilantro for garnish.

    @nemoryer You know I never made recipe with kale and bokchoy yet but I have pork chops recipe on my website, Just make 1/2 of the recipe. I have more very easy chicken recipes on my website as well.

    @kittycathappy Well actually the seco is made with beer instead of any water…but i decided to make it this way since i can’t consume any alcohol…

    wow its so cool seeing different ways of making seco de pollo. my mom is from ecuador and she makes it different. she showed me to blend onion,pepper,tomatoes,garlic a bit of oil and a little water, blend it and put it in a pot, put a bit of achote, let it cook and than place the chicken than salt and pepper for flavour and than at the end we put celantro for smell and flavour. but it is cool seeing a different way of making

    @tinterilloFN Yes absolutely, and it’s very delicious, but i believe they use alchohol in their seco, and it does carry alcohol like beer, but i don’t use it for personal reasons…
    Glad u like my way of cooking..

    @jacpavo Si claro que se usa la cerveza para el seco, pero como yo ya no puedo usar ni consumir alcol en mi casa , pues hago mi seco de esta manera…y bueno te agradesco tu comentario y me alegra que bayas a intentar esta manera…

    Maria muy interesante tu receta de seco, yo he visto y así lo aprendí que se pone un poquito de cerveza para que le de sabor, pero definitivamente voy a hacer tu receta

    @MyCameos66 Absolutely, the chicken breast will also give it a wonderful taste and for more taste, when making the sofrito just add a cube of chicken broth..
