Video explaining how to make a delicious low fat turkey burger in less than 20 minutes total prep time. Start with one pound of turkey, 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley, 1/8 teaspoon of minced onions and paprika, sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, and granulated garlic. Mix with 1/4 cup water and form into 3 to 4 burgers. Pan fry in a non-stick pan for 3 minutes per side at the highest heat setting. Transfer to the microwave and continue cooking at the lowest setting for 4 to 5 minutes or until done.
