@JenniferCornbleet I hope not. That’s why you make your own so it tastes like restaurants instead of bottled junk.

You are an excellent instructor, thank you so much for posting these videos. I am new to raw and I was beginning to feel discouarged but your videos are really helpful and fun to watch!

@sacricolist I’m on the last day of my juice fast watching this! How funny :) Did you try this out yet, I’m eager to try and convert to vegan after being vegetarian for 2 1/2 years! Especially after my 10 day juice fast.

  8. UberHyperSugarFiend on February 16, 2012 at 2:30 pm

    @fluttering13
err they look pretty different to me! And I’ve heard some not so good things about it (although I think they fixed the leak issue)

  9. fluttering13 on February 16, 2012 at 2:54 pm

@UberHyperSugarFiend the blender she has looks like my KitchenAid 5-Speed Blenders with Polycarbonate Jars i have that one and its amazing i read many reviews on it and some compare it to the vitamix i bought mine on bed bath and beyond

  10. tataeco1 on February 16, 2012 at 3:44 pm

hey hey! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it.

  11. quietstormaps on February 16, 2012 at 4:11 pm

I made this dressing yesterday and it is absolutely delicious!!!! I’m so happy to have Ranch Dressing in my life again :) !!! Thank you Ms. Cornbleet!

  12. jdh91741 on February 16, 2012 at 4:21 pm

How may I ask Ms. Cornbleet for her hand in marriage? Where can I send truck loads of flowers to her?
How might I constructively suggest to Ms. Cornbleet that she should lose that $7000.00 Viking stove out of the background in her Raw Food course?

What a great video. I hope you like mine and the power of the Third Q!

I eat 8/1/1 style, but I love her book. Whenever I am making raw food for guests or for a party, I always make a couple of her recipes, and I also us her recipes on days that I include overt fats. They are so delicious and hearty.

  15. BlackSkullz09 on February 16, 2012 at 4:50 pm

@p1candis my mom made this recipe 4 times and we notice that after 4 days it strts to taste alil sour so i would say after 4 days i wouldnt eat it. Thats long considering its raw and isnt filled with chemical preservatives.

  16. RadioSnivins on February 16, 2012 at 5:04 pm

    Even her name sounds healthy.

  17. UberHyperSugarFiend on February 16, 2012 at 5:58 pm

hello! if you don’t mind, I was hoping that you would be able to tell me the brand and model of your blender please! It’s encouraging that I don’t need to get something like a Vitamix (as wonderful as I hear it is, right now I just don’t have the money for it).

  18. msmith159 on February 16, 2012 at 6:28 pm

    Great, but HGIH fat.

  19. sacricolist on February 16, 2012 at 7:04 pm

I’m on a juice fast right now, why am I torturing myself by watching these amazing raw recipes?

I’m going to make this dressing for my salad when this fast is over.

  20. p1candis on February 16, 2012 at 8:01 pm

How long does this store in the fridge?

  21. mrttou on February 16, 2012 at 8:12 pm

I love ranch dressing for fries, chicken fingers, vegetables, etc. but all of the store bought stuff has soybean oil or other garbage in it. Looking forward to trying this out. Thanks

  24. NicoletteLynnMusic on February 16, 2012 at 9:52 pm

@sierrajean Thanks for the reply. Only thing is, I am currently a lacto-ovo vegetarian (though I don’t typically eat eggs themselve, just don’t worry about avoiding foods that may contain them such as breads etc) but trying to incorporate more raw, so I am not now getting any fat from meats, and the only dairy I ever use is always fat free – so in that sense, the dairy I consume (though I am trying to eliminate it for other health reasons) is much lower in fat than nuts and seeds or avocados.

  25. sierrajean on February 16, 2012 at 10:19 pm

@NicoletteLynnMusic the amount of fat there is in diary products far outweighs the fat in nuts and seeds. And even more importantly than the AMOUNT of fat, is the KIND of fat. When you eat vegan, you are getting away from all those bad fats in dairy and meats, so please don’t worry about eating low-fat.

On the other hand, you could use some raw cauliflower to stretch things out if you didn’t want to use as many soaked cashews, but personally I don’t think you need to worry about it.

  36. Lovingdrums on February 17, 2012 at 3:35 am

they’re a lot similiar to a crocchè, it’s a traditional italian dish :) we do it by putting in the potatoes pepper and other spices and in the center of the nugget ham and mozzarella. I’ll try out these ones too!

  37. angelpari80 on February 17, 2012 at 4:10 am

@OnePotChefShow hiii, thx for this receipe, can u tell me, if we want to replace veggies, as u said, by drumsticks, do we need to boil them a lil bit? (to avoid half cooked chicken??) thxx

  48. Lennoxrenol on February 17, 2012 at 9:12 am

  49. DesignRec on February 17, 2012 at 10:11 am

Wait sorry.. im confused.. i saw you put the potato and vegetables in…but they look like chicken nuggets when theyre done… is this wizardry orr…. i just dont know… how is this even possible? is it like a vegetable cloaking device? does the frying pan turn the vegetables into chicken? WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS!?

  50. OnePotChefShow on February 17, 2012 at 10:46 am

@Nimmanhemin17 I’d say about 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or until golden and crisp on the outside ;)
