@AKJY Thanks for writing to me, I’m glad you liked the videos. We will work on the music.
Dear Chef, I love this video and it has taught me alot… just 1 comment… it will be better if you have some relaxing music background when you cook… or change the current music.. it sounds like a thriller / action flick… it feels abit tense…. other than that keep up the good vids
@cheftomm for you Parmesan cheese is an italian cheese ?
try to search for the original italian called parmigiano reggiano and you will see the enormous difference between.
in italy the chicken with the parmigiano is never inserted ^^ ciao
@PlaymakerSeries Americans has to know 2 important things
1) this is not an italian dish, here in italy no one know Chicken Parmesan
2) Parmesan is a FALSE italian cheese, is an USA copy of the original PARMIGIANO REGGIANO

What was the sauce that was put on? can you send me the link to the video.
Tell me you didn’t just make Chicken Parmesan without actual Parmesan cheese?
@rileyjsg Thank you!
beautiful!
@rterry82y Garlic and onions would be great. Both the fresh and dry will wor. The powder is probably easier to use for this application.
Wow! This is such a great and easy to do video! Thank you so much! I have a question Chef: Would you flavored it with garlic and onions and if so, would you use the powder versions or blend the real deal with the eggs or something like that? Thank you again, your videos are awesome!!!
@pbhobbybox the flour is the base coat. it helps the eggs stick better but you can skip that if you choose.
why the flour?
