They are also perfect as a snack or served with vegetables. You can make them from any minced (ground) meat such as beef, pork, lamb or chicken. This video shows you how easy they are to prepare, and how to make them for a fantastic Meatball Bake that your family will love! =================RECIPE FACT SHEET ================= INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH: 1.5 Kg of Minced Beef (Ground Beef or other meat) 4 Eggs (Beaten) 1 Tablespoon Mixed Dried Herbs 4 Slices of Bread (processed into crumbs – about 2 cups) 1 Onion (Finely Chopped) MEATBALL BAKE: 1 Large Bottle of Tomato Pasta Sauce 2 Cups of Grated Cheese Preperation Time: 10 minutes + 15 minutes chilling time Cooking Time: 10 minutes + 20 minutes (if making Meatball Bake) ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC (Look up Google for a converstion chart if using Imperial) Music by Kevin McLeod (Used with Permission) incompetech.com

    @ishabicole If you sit the bread out to harden a bit, you can roll it between your hands to make the crumbs. Don’t let your bread get too hard. I would let it sit out about 20 minutes before you start to put the meatballs together. Hope this helps!!!!!

    @ishabicole Freeze the bread, then grate it using a cheese grater ;)

    I think I know now why mine haven’t been sticking together properly. Been using the dried breadcrumbs. Just that it’s a short cut. Good thing about this recipe is the meat mix can be the basis for rissoles as well.
