    Hey there! Have you thought about – fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got hot Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

    @Starbuckfsd The original question referred to the lack of use of salt in recipes. Salt makes you retain water, and also does so when in high levels in the blood. This leads to an increase in blood volume, which leads to high blood pressure. Sodium is also processed in the kidneys, and while we only need around 500-600mg of sodium daily, the average American gets around 3500 to 4000 mg. Leads to kidney failure.     @PaleHorseWC2 Sources? Your statement is total crap. If salt makes you fat, I’d weigh 500lbs by now…but no….a healthy 175pds thanks…

    @PaleHorseWC2 You can do lean cooking with salt. Salt is not necessarily bad for you.

    i tried a little of the squash w/ a little sauce and it was yucky! i think i’ll just stick to getting a whole grain pasta >.<
    i’m still gonna try the rice substitute w/ cauliflower though :S

    @MrWahid1969 Zuchini has only 17 calories per 100 grams, so I’m pretty sure you can use that instead
