Hey there! Have you thought about – fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got hot Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.
@leanbodylifestyle THANK YOU MICHAEL! Made this tonight and it was deliSHi-ou-so! I seasoned with Dill weed, lime, and added avocado. YUM YUM!!

@Starbuckfsd The original question referred to the lack of use of salt in recipes. Salt makes you retain water, and also does so when in high levels in the blood. This leads to an increase in blood volume, which leads to high blood pressure. Sodium is also processed in the kidneys, and while we only need around 500-600mg of sodium daily, the average American gets around 3500 to 4000 mg. Leads to kidney failure. Please give the video a like if you don’t mind! I can’t tell you all how much I appreciate it.
@PaleHorseWC2 Sources? Your statement is total crap. If salt makes you fat, I’d weigh 500lbs by now…but no….a healthy 175pds thanks…
@PaleHorseWC2 You can do lean cooking with salt. Salt is not necessarily bad for you.
@danielm0rk Salt makes you fat, the purpose of these videos is lean cooking.
What about onions or garlic? I’venever eaten spag-squash but i’m going to give it a try..Love accorn…
I have noticed that you never use salt in your recipes, how come?

Using veggies as pasta……. BRILLIANT!
i tried a little of the squash w/ a little sauce and it was yucky! i think i’ll just stick to getting a whole grain pasta >.<
i’m still gonna try the rice substitute w/ cauliflower though :S
imma make this tomorrow, hopefully it’s EPIC!
What store do you go to to get the spaghetti squash?
@Siddhant230694 er, i dont see why not.
@MrWahid1969 Zuchini has only 17 calories per 100 grams, so I’m pretty sure you can use that instead
