Ingredients: 30 clams or more 4 or 5 cloves of garlic olive oil 4 Tablespoons orange juice 1 cup white wine (200 ml) 6.5 ounces artichoke hearts (185 grams) 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano parsley a few red pepper flakes are good as well Okay… I have to tell you that I went back to the store to get more clams… they were sold out. I went ahead and bought a can/tin of clams and did not show you, but added them as well to the fresh clams. This is a very good dish, better with more fresh clams, but the canned clams are quite good. Thanks for watching!

@resurrectedwreck
Thank you!
This looks delicious! I’ve been looking for a good light pasta sauce recipe, and this looks just the ticket. I will definitely be trying it out soon.

Made it last night! The artichoke was great addition. I tried it without parmesan and then added some parmesan cheese…wow parmesan made huge difference ! thumbs up!^^^^

Followed this recipe, but I added 2 big shallots chopped with the garlic. It was very good! Lots of flavor!

Awesome addition of the OJ. Next level clam sauce maneuver.
ma vaffanculo da Palermo.
Did you know that adding the pasta to the sauce makes the sauce penetrates the pasta much better than if you add the sauce to the pasta? This is why the Japanese always do it this way. You did it very great sir !
@angelo333100
Thank you!
really good
I hope not to have you offended, was just a suggestion. good day
@originalhd1
But I am not Italian, I put cheese on this because it improves the dish as the orange juice improves it also.
Cheese on seafood absolutly not! Is a pure blasphemy! (i’m italian).
